It's About Time
I wish people would quit saying Obama will be the first black president of the U.S. In fact, he will be the first biracial president of the U.S. And did you know, mutts are hardier, genetically? They can't have recessive diseases that are found in the purebred population, at least in the first generation offspring. Someday asking someone's heritage will be the same as asking what his favorite ice cream flavor is, just an interesting conversation piece, and not a loaded question.

Obviously, KFI Radio heard you! Their reporters kept reminding the listening audience that the United States did not elect its first black president, but its first biracial president. I don't know how you voted, but I am genuinely happy with our president-elect!
I think so also.....

Also, did anyone notice that in his concession speech McCain mentioned Obama's blackness about 8 times, but Obama did not feel the need to mention it once in his acceptance speach?
It is true what they say:
Once you go biracial...you never go backacial.
And we're proud to have in the family a biracial leader in her own right.
Happy birthday, Pam!
Awww, thanks to "anonymous" for the birthday wishes, whoever you are! =) We shan't go backacial, just Barackacial.
